Serving Together at MVC
Work Parties - Home Groups make our church building grounds look clean and welcoming for our guests and regular attendees by maintainingspecific areas twice per year on a rotating basis.
Training

Ongoing Training
All-Leader Gatherings - All of our Small Group leaders get together for an all-leader gathering in September, January and April in order to receive training and hold lively discussions about how to meet the leadership challenges that face our groups.
Coach - David Miles is the Small Group Coach for all Small Groups, he is available to help as needed.
